Metal Reinforced Polyethylene (PE) Spirally Corrugated Pipe is a new kind of double walled spirally corrugated pipe. It uses the HDPE as basic material and the steel strap spiraled as the supporting part, which is spiraled to corrugated wall structure.

2. Zinc coated metal sheet, strong bonding, and preventing layering

HTIDC Metal Reinforced Polyethylene (PE) Spirally Corrugated Pipe uses Zinc coated metal strap as a reinforced part, it has anti-corrosion property, HTIDC does not use ordinary cold-rolled steel sheets, which can easily be affected by corrosion, poor in binding and can be separated to polyethylene as a layer.


3. Super Corrosion and Abrasion Resistance

Piping class polyethylene material as raw material is used for Metal Reinforced Polyethylene (PE) Spirally Corrugated Pipe, which is a kind of crystal un-polarity material, so HTIDC pipe has high resistance against corrosion and abrasion. So it is very stable to various kind of chemical material and electrochemical corrosion. It has longer lifespan as well.
